CDFI loan fund The Genesis Fund is seeking a director of finance and administration. This position has primary responsibility for the organization’s financial management and accounting, human resource management, information technology and operations. This position oversees the Genesis Fund’s financial management policies and procedures.
The commercial underwriter is the primary credit risk manager for commercial and institutional customers and transactions. The loan analyst also assists asset managers with due diligence and loan servicing support.

This role collects and reviews various documents required to close new or renewed loans. The loan administrator must collaborate with loan operation personnel when processing various loan transactions such as payments, advances, disbursements and the collection of payment of fees.
