Senior Loan Officer

The senior loan officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, providing quality customer service and acting as the principal account manager for new and existing customers. The senior loan officer also pursues new client leads and is responsible for business development, credit analysis, underwriting and proper loan structuring.

Portfolio Analyst

The portfolio analyst assists in the oversight of the loan portfolio. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for helping to service the existing loan portfolio in areas such as construction loan and line of credit draw management, exceptions resolution and annual reviews. This individual will report directly to the portfolio manager. 

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston seeks an SVP regional and community outreach. This position is a member of the bank’s Executive Committee, participating in the formulation of the bank’s overall policy while leading the Regional and Community Outreach Department's planning and implementation. This role is at the highest level on Federal Reserve System projects and serves as the bank’s community affairs officer.

CDBA member Bank2 seeks a mortgage account executive responsible for outreach to current and prospective correspondent clients. This role is responsible for training correspondent clients, monitoring their sales and recertifying them annually. The mortgage account executive also acts as a primary contact for bank customers.

CDBA member Industrial Bank seeks an SVP/CFO to manage the bank’s financial and reporting activities. This role assists in the preparation of the bank’s financial plan, maintains accurate records of bank income and expenses, prepares financial reports and provides financial information to the bank’s departments. Further, the incumbent will analyze budgets, financial reports and financial trends.

The CDFI Fund seeks a financial analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in processing applications for CDFI Fund awards programs. This position will conduct site visits in order to provide assistance and advisory services to actual or potential awardees. This includes securing information, analyzing operating data and determining the information needed to ensure financial soundness and operational success.

CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a compliance analyst. The compliance analyst is responsible for monitoring the bank’s activities relating primarily to compliance and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring prepaid card programs, national lending products and tax programs. This position ensures the business and its third parties conduct their operations in compliance with applicable rules, regulations and business requirements.

Senior Compliance Specialist

The senior compliance specialist performs a variety of critical monitoring functions related to regulatory consumer protection, the Community Reinvestment Act and fair lending regulations. This position ensures ongoing compliance with established policies, procedures and government regulations.

Finance Specialist

The finance specialist will provide accounting assistance for new or complex transactions across all lines of business, including commercial banking, retail, treasury, credit and loan workout. In addition, this role will help ensure accounting controls and procedures are followed and are consistent with industry standards.

City First Enterprises, the CDFI holding company of CDBA Member City First Bank of D.C., seeks a controller. The controller will perform high-level accounting functions including budget development, oversight, month-end transaction processing, monthly financial report preparation, cash flow planning and outside audit facilitation. This position reports to the president and the executive vice president.

 The CDFI Fund is seeking a CDFI manager to oversee the CDFI and Native Initiatives Program. This position will develop policies and manage all aspects of the CDFI and Native Initiatives Program. The manager will also coach, train, and supervise associate program managers and staff.

CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a credit analyst to provide detailed historical, pro-forma and sensitivity analysis and support to loan officers on new and existing commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate and personal loans. This position maintains loan and bank credit file documentation to ensure compliance with bank loan policy and regulatory requirements.
