These positions are responsible for day-to-day customer support, annual site visits and  problem resolution. 

 

Senior Loan Officer

The senior loan officer represents Capital Impact Partners in its lending activities and in originating new loan transactions in the Detroit market. This role contributes to loan production goals by identifying lending opportunities and originating new loans and structuring complex loan transactions.

 

Business Development Officer 

(Oakland, Calif.)

The business development officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to originate loans in the marketplace, representing Capital Impact in its lending activities and originating new loan transactions within their market. 

 

Loan Servicing Specialist

(Arlington, Va.)

The loan servicing specialist is responsible for ongoing servicing activities including booking new loans, setting up tax and escrow accounts, customer support and compliance.     

Urban Partnership Bank seeks a senior financial center associate responsible for satisfying customers’ and prospects’ needs for products and services provided through the financial center. This includes handling customer transactions and meeting individual and team sales goals. The senior financial center associate may also direct the operations of the financial center when the Financial Center Manager is not on-site.

The Reinvestment Fund (TRF) seeks a chief policy analyst responsible for the development of mission-oriented research for the policy department. This position will carry out a range of functions from proposal writing and scoping of research through conducting research, managing relationships with clients and presenting research findings. This position is also responsible for overseeing a staff of policy analysts and interns.

This position reviews new policies and proposed changes from across the organization to ensure that any associated compliance risks are properly managed. This role will also manage the bank’s compliance review, oversight and auditing programs.

This position administers transactional approvals and declinations, manages the independent loan review process and ensures the portfolio is appropriately risk rated.

CDBA member City First Bank of D.C. seeks a senior loan administrator to document approved commercial loans by preparing, collecting and reviewing the documents required to close loans. This position must collaborate with loan operation personnel when processing loan transactions such as payments, advances, disbursements and the collection of fee payments.
