The executive director oversees all management and program operations and hires and supervises staff, interns, volunteers and consultants.

Senior Credit Analyst

The senior credit analyst assists the chief credit officer, commercial lenders and relationship managers with credit analysis and approval. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing written analysis, analyzing portfolio credit quality and assisting staff in presenting credit requests. The senior credit analyst also co-manages client relationships and portfolio credit quality.

Loan Servicing Manager

The loan servicing manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the loan servicing department. This role develops and implements loan servicing policies and new credit products. The loan servicing manager balances and certifies all general ledger accounts for loans and functions as the bank's lending compliance officer.

The CFPB seeks a project support and impact specialist tasked with developing and executing an impact plan to increase the financial capability and improve outcomes for economically vulnerable and low-income consumers. This position also must identify and establish relationships with community organizations, non-profits, educational institutions and other Federal agencies to identify areas for collaboration and achieve scale.

CDBA Member Neighborhood National Bank seeks a commercial loan underwriter responsible for collecting and analyzing financial information to determine the general creditworthiness of borrowers and to evaluate the proposed loan structure in accordance with the bank’s loan policy. This individual underwrites and prepares the credit memorandum and manages a portfolio for business enterprise loan review.

The CDFI Fund seeks a compliance and certification officer responsible for monitoring the compliance of CDFIs and Community Development Entities (CDEs) with allocation and assistance agreements. This position also accepts, reviews and renders determinations for certification applications.

Carver Federal Savings Bank seeks a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) officer. The BSA/AML Officer is responsible for creating and implementing the company’s BSA/AML compliance functions, staying up to date with new compliance regulations, providing continuous monitoring of customer activities as it relates to AML, BSA and other regulations and managing the activities of team of BSA Analysts.

Loan Officer

(Dalton, Miss.)

The loan officer is responsible for generating, approving and servicing customer loans while adhering to bank policy and regulations. This position is also responsible for the generation of deposits necessary to fund loans as well as continued involvement in outside activities to promote the bank’s relationship with the community.

Branch Manager

(Jackson, Miss.)

The branch manager is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient and effective operations at the Adkins branch. The incumbent will lead branch staff in selling and servicing bank products. The branch manager should also solicit and develop new branch business on an ongoing basis by calling on current and prospective customers in order to generate, approve and service a loan portfolio. 

Partners for the Common Good and CDBA seek an investments and impact manager. This position will cultivate new loan fund investors and funders and maintain accountability to all stakeholders. The incumbent will play a lead role in development and implementation of impact metrics, data collection and analysis.
