This will include producing reports on an ongoing basis for management, the management investment committee, auditors and regulators. This position is also responsible for overseeing the bank's investment portfolio.

Relationship Manager – Commercial
The commercial relationship manager is responsible for soliciting new business and managing customer relationships of the bank’s small business and not-for-profit customers and prospects. The senior loan officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, providing quality customer service and acting as the principal account manager for new and existing customers. The senior loan officer also pursues new client leads and is responsible for business development, credit analysis, underwriting and proper loan structuring.
Portfolio Analyst
The portfolio analyst assists in the oversight of the loan portfolio. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for helping to service the existing loan portfolio in areas such as construction loan and line of credit draw management, exceptions resolution and annual reviews. This individual will report directly to the portfolio manager.
