The loan officer is also responsible for managing a portfolio of loans and maintaining relationships with partner organizations.
CDBA Member Carver Federal Savings Bank seeks a treasury accountant to assist in the monitoring of the bank's liquidity position. This will include producing reports on an ongoing basis for management, the management investment committee, auditors and regulators. This position is also responsible for overseeing the bank's investment portfolio.

Check Cashing Product Sales Manager
The product sales manager is responsible for leadership and day-to-day management of Carver Community Cash, a product line which provides financial services to consumers who are cash-based transactors. Carver Community Cash includes check cashing, bill payment, money transfer, money orders, and reloadable debit cards.
Director of Operations, 1st VP
The senior operations manager has direct oversight for branch and loan operations, leading the design, implementation and improvement of vendor management, facilities management and project management for core operating systems. This role also re-engineers processes and work flows, documents procedures and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Senior Loan Officer
The senior loan officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, providing quality customer service and acting as the principal account manager for new and existing customers. The senior loan officer also pursues new client leads and is responsible for business development, credit analysis, underwriting and proper loan structuring.
Portfolio Analyst
The portfolio analyst assists in the oversight of the loan portfolio. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for helping to service the existing loan portfolio in areas such as construction loan and line of credit draw management, exceptions resolution and annual reviews. This individual will report directly to the portfolio manager.
The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston seeks an SVP regional and community outreach. This position is a member of the bank’s Executive Committee, participating in the formulation of the bank’s overall policy while leading the Regional and Community Outreach Department's planning and implementation. This role is at the highest level on Federal Reserve System projects and serves as the bank’s community affairs officer.
