Partners for the Common Good and CDBA seek an investments and impact manager. This position will cultivate new loan fund investors and funders and maintain accountability to all stakeholders. The incumbent will play a lead role in development and implementation of impact metrics, data collection and analysis.

Loan Officer

(Dalton, Miss.)

The loan officer is responsible for generating, approving and servicing customer loans while adhering to bank policy and regulations. This position is also responsible for the generation of deposits necessary to fund loans as well as continued involvement in outside activities to promote the bank’s relationship with the community.

Branch Manager

(Jackson, Miss.)

The branch manager is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient and effective operations at the Adkins branch. The incumbent will lead branch staff in selling and servicing bank products. The branch manager should also solicit and develop new branch business on an ongoing basis by calling on current and prospective customers in order to generate, approve and service a loan portfolio. 

CDBA member Virginia Community Capital seeks a senior real estate loan officer responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with borrowers and other housing industry participants. The senior loan officer is responsible for business development, credit analysis, underwriting and loan structuring.

CDBA member Sunrise Banks seeks a senior visual designer. This position is responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing projects and for acting as the brand guideline advocate for the Bank, ensuring that all external communications adhere to style guidelines. The senior visual designer also is responsible for designing and maintaining the company website and corporate intranet site.

Director of Impact Strategy

The director of impact strategy is responsible for leading the development of social impact strategy and is responsible for the design, planning, development, tracking and collection of impact metrics and outcomes across lending and technical assistance teams.

 

Portfolio Loan Officer (Two Positions)

(Arlington, Va. or Oakland, Calif.)

The portfolio loan officers are responsible for ongoing review and monitoring of loans and customers within Capital Impact’s portfolio, generally with an emphasis on community facilities. These positions are responsible for day-to-day customer support, annual site visits and  problem resolution. 

 

Senior Loan Officer

(Detroit, Mich.)

The senior loan officer represents Capital Impact Partners in its lending activities and in originating new loan transactions in the Detroit market. This role contributes to loan production goals by identifying lending opportunities and originating new loans and structuring complex loan transactions.

 

Business Development Officer 

(Oakland, Calif.)

The business development officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to originate loans in the marketplace, representing Capital Impact in its lending activities and originating new loan transactions within their market. 

 

Loan Servicing Specialist

(Arlington, Va.)

The loan servicing specialist is responsible for ongoing servicing activities including booking new loans, setting up tax and escrow accounts, customer support and compliance.     

Urban Partnership Bank seeks a senior financial center associate responsible for satisfying customers’ and prospects’ needs for products and services provided through the financial center. This includes handling customer transactions and meeting individual and team sales goals. The senior financial center associate may also direct the operations of the financial center when the Financial Center Manager is not on-site.

The Reinvestment Fund (TRF) seeks a chief policy analyst responsible for the development of mission-oriented research for the policy department. This position will carry out a range of functions from proposal writing and scoping of research through conducting research, managing relationships with clients and presenting research findings. This position is also responsible for overseeing a staff of policy analysts and interns.

Central Payments, the prepaid card division of CDBA member Central Bank of Kansas City, seeks a director/manager of compliance responsible for maintaining a thorough compliance policy. This position reviews new policies and proposed changes from across the organization to ensure that any associated compliance risks are properly managed. This role will also manage the bank’s compliance review, oversight and auditing programs.

Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) is seeking a full-time director of underwriting. The director of underwriting plays a central role in the growth and expansion of NFF’s financing business. The director has the primary responsibility of ensuring that NFF remains a leading underwriter of high impact transactions across sectors, industries and geographies.
