Nonprofit organization Foundation for Louisiana seeks a community investment fund manager to provide leadership for its loan fund and to serve as the coordinator of the One Table community development pilot initiative. This position provides analysis of individual loan and loan portfolio performance, including loan fund cash flow projections, tracking current repayments and disbursements, long term projection of disbursements and repayments and preparing management level reports.
CDBA member OneUnited Bank seeks an AVP/senior loan underwriter. This position is responsible for the underwriting of multifamily and commercial loans in accordance with the guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by the bank. The senior loan underwriter will work with a team of lending professionals to originate multi-family and commercial loans for the bank’s portfolio. Additional duties may include support in the loan origination and loan servicing areas to support the lending department.

Senior Advisor
The senior advisor provides information, advice and analysis to the CDFI Director. The incumbent will make recommendations concerning CDFI strategy, develop financial policy, produce analysis and write reports. This position also represents the CDFI fund in meetings with other senior Treasury representatives and with other agencies.
Compliance and Certification Officer
The compliance and certification officer is involved in the administration of agency certification programs, monitoring awardees' performance and taking enforcement actions. This position monitors awardees for compliance with CDFI Fund award agreements and federal rules, applying sanctions when appropriate and evaluating applications for certification status.
Financial services nonprofit Doorways to Dreams Fund seeks a senior innovation manager to design and deliver innovative financial solutions to help low and moderate-income households build financial security. The incumbent will manage strategic relationships with financial institutions and service providers to test and evaluate the organization’s innovations.
The chief of strategic initiatives is responsible for analyzing the most promising new initiatives in order to enhance TRF's business lines. This position manages a research and development fund to support the initiatives and approval process. This role includes developing and coordinating the requisite financial, talent and stakeholder inputs for a new initiative to succeed while ensuring that all new initiatives match the key themes and assumptions of TRF’s strategic plan.

Credit Analyst
Credit analysts support the business banking and commercial real estate lending teams in the origination and servicing of credit relationships. They are responsible for underwriting all credit requests and analyzing the repayment capacity of customers. Additionally, they support the monitoring of borrower compliance with approved terms.
Portfolio Manager
The portfolio manager is responsible for the administrative management of the specific assigned lending relationships of commercial and SBA loan portfolios. The administrative management of the account includes ensuring that compliance and covenant information is up to date and complete within credit files and ensuring clear communication with the borrower.

The business analyst is responsible for ensuring business units receive the information and technology assistance necessary to accomplish their goals and objectives. This position diagnoses and resolves technical problems and assists with ongoing system requirements, solution specification, user testing and procedures of the bank's automated loan origination system.
Loan Risk Review/Credit Analyst

The loan risk review/credit analyst assists the chief credit officer and the risk management head, monitoring and managing credit risk within the bank’s lending activities. Duties include providing an objective assessment of loans in order to identify potential problems and ensuring compliance with established loan policies and federal regulations.
Residential Mortgage Loan Officer

The residential mortgage loan officer solicits and manages new residential loan business and maintains customer relationships. The incumbent responds to customer inquiries, ensuring customers are informed of all mortgage products offered by the bank. The mortgage loan officer also develops business partner banking relationship through marketing, cold-calling, prospecting and networking activities.

This position reports directly to the CEO and will help lead the organization through analysis of potential risk areas while working with other managers to manage risk. The chief risk officer is responsible for the enterprise-wide oversight of risk. Credit review, portfolio analysis and outsourced internal audits are also managed through this position.
