The product sales manager is responsible for leadership and day-to-day management of Carver Community Cash, a product line which provides financial services to consumers who are cash-based transactors. Carver Community Cash includes check cashing, bill payment, money transfer, money orders, and reloadable debit cards.

The senior operations manager has direct oversight for branch and loan operations, leading the design, implementation and improvement of vendor management, facilities management and project management for core operating systems. This role also re-engineers processes and work flows, documents procedures and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
