Help your bank build its brand, gain a competitive edge for CDFI Fund dollars and impact investors, and reach more small business customers.
WHAT: The Impact @ Scale Initiative is CDBA's answer to the growing need for impact and marketing training for CDFI banks. Participating CDBA members will be split into two peer groups of 20+ banks each. These cohorts will each complete a six-month training program that includes two in-person bootcamps to bookend the program and four online webinars in between meetings. The first cohort was geared towards Early Adopters in the impact and marketing field. Programming took place in Fall 2019-Winter 2020. The second cohort will be geared to New Entrants to Impact and will kick off in spring 2020.
WHY: Build your bank's expertise in collecting, understanding, and marketing the impact of your small business and commercial lending in minority and low-income communities! AND be part of a learning network of bank impact professionals.
WHO: Bank personnel who are impact and/or CDFI program specialists, and marketing and communications staff.
