Senior Credit Analyst

The senior credit analyst assists the chief credit officer, commercial lenders and relationship managers with credit analysis and approval. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing written analysis, analyzing portfolio credit quality and assisting staff in presenting credit requests. The senior credit analyst also co-manages client relationships and portfolio credit quality.

Loan Servicing Manager

The loan servicing manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the loan servicing department. This role develops and implements loan servicing policies and new credit products. The loan servicing manager balances and certifies all general ledger accounts for loans and functions as the bank's lending compliance officer.

The CFPB seeks a project support and impact specialist tasked with developing and executing an impact plan to increase the financial capability and improve outcomes for economically vulnerable and low-income consumers. This position also must identify and establish relationships with community organizations, non-profits, educational institutions and other Federal agencies to identify areas for collaboration and achieve scale.

The CDFI Fund seeks a compliance and certification officer responsible for monitoring the compliance of CDFIs and Community Development Entities (CDEs) with allocation and assistance agreements. This position also accepts, reviews and renders determinations for certification applications.

Carver Federal Savings Bank seeks a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) officer. The BSA/AML Officer is responsible for creating and implementing the company’s BSA/AML compliance functions, staying up to date with new compliance regulations, providing continuous monitoring of customer activities as it relates to AML, BSA and other regulations and managing the activities of team of BSA Analysts.

Non-profit CDFI loan fund The Lending Network seeks a new executive director. The director is the chief staff member and is the organization's liaison to private and public funding sources, financial institutions, community organizations and the media. The executive director oversees all management and program operations and hires and supervises staff, interns, volunteers and consultants.

Fraud and Identity Theft Coordinator

The fraud and identity theft coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance of Sunrise Banks’ fraud program. This position reports the fraud risks for all customer access devices including checks, ACH, ATM/Debit cards and online banking. This includes monitoring alerts from card services software, fraud/kite manager software and management of case tracker alerts through EFT for ATM/debit card transactions.

Third Party Risk Analyst

The third party risk analyst will assist the third party risk manager and other specialists in order to maintain the bank’s third party risk management program. Responsibilities include data entry, completing due diligence packets and assembling ongoing reports. This position also engages in issue and remediation tracking and ongoing communication with relationship managers.

CDBA member First American International Bank seeks a commercial loan closer responsible for reviewing loan documents and coordinating closings for residential, commercial real estate and commercial loans. The closer is the point person in communicating with all parties involved in the closing process including attorneys, relationship managers and borrowers.

Lead Financial Analyst, Portfolio Management and Loan Monitoring

The lead financial analyst is responsible for managing the portfolio and loan monitoring unit's review of financial metrics under the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program. The position supervises the oversight of qualified issuers and borrowers, including monitoring and analyzing the portfolio of loans through a series of reports from CDFIs, market participants and call reports. This position will report to the BG Program Manager.

Lead Financial Analyst, Compliance

The senior financial analyst compliance lead will be responsible for designing, implementing and leading the compliance unit of the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program. The incumbent ensures the program complies with legislative and regulatory requirements, program participants comply with contractual terms and vendors comply with agreements. This position will report to the Bond Guarantee Program Manager.

Financial Analyst, Senior Credit and Risk Management

The senior credit and risk management analyst supports the credit and risk review of proposed bond issues and borrowers under the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program. This position serves in credit underwriting, conducting risk assessments of bond issues and proposed mitigants. The senior credit and risk management analyst will draft reports, recommendations and presentation materials for the credit review board.

Compliance Officer

(Various Southern Bank locations, Miss. and Ark.)

The compliance officer monitors programs and functional areas to ensure compliance with the laws, regulations and rules that govern the bank’s operations and product offerings. This position maintains a proficient knowledge of compliance regulations and monitors compliance with policies and procedures. The compliance officer also monitors currency transaction reports and ensures CRA compliance.

 

Commercial Loan Officer

(Clarksdale, Miss.)

The commercial loan officer manages a variety of commercial loans in compliance with bank loan policy and regulatory requirements. This position also develops new customer relationships and maintains a positive presence in the local community. The commercial loan officer assists commercial loan customers with the loan application process and performs thorough underwriting, preparing detailed and organized credit memorandums for all loan approvals. This role is also responsible for servicing loans, including making site visits to loan customers and reviewing loan agreement covenants to verify borrower compliance.

CDBA Member Neighborhood National Bank seeks a commercial loan underwriter responsible for collecting and analyzing financial information to determine the general creditworthiness of borrowers and to evaluate the proposed loan structure in accordance with the bank’s loan policy. This individual underwrites and prepares the credit memorandum and manages a portfolio for business enterprise loan review.
