Carver Federal Savings Bank seeks an experienced relationship manager to support its new suite of small-dollar credit products. The relationship manager will act as the liaison between the branches, credit and operations areas overseeing the fulfillment of credit applications for both consumer and small business loan products. In addition, the relationship manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and engaging new clients.

The internal auditor is responsible for auditing areas relating to the bank's national products division, identifying and developing audit findings and recommendations and maintaining effective working relationships with auditees. This position will also conduct compliance audits, reviewing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Operations Specialist - National Products

The national products operations specialist coordinates the operational efforts of Sunrise Bank’s small dollar lending and tax programs. This position acts as the operational expert on those programs and will coordinate operational items with partners. The operations specialist will also help troubleshoot and analyze emerging situations.

CDBA Member Sunrise Banks seeks a digital banking manager responsible for supervising the day to day operations of the digital banking division. Responsibilities include ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring that the division provides dependable service to Sunrise Banks and their customers and planning for future changes in bank operations.

CDFI loan fund The Genesis Fund is seeking a director of finance and administration. This position has primary responsibility for the organization’s financial management and accounting, human resource management, information technology and operations. This position oversees the Genesis Fund’s financial management policies and procedures.

Virginia Community Capital seeks a senior loan officer responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers and providing quality customer service. The loan officer acts as the principal account manager for new and existing customer, developing, generating and maintaining client leads. This position is also responsible for calling on existing borrowers to review lending activities, making recommendations as needed.

This position will oversee new opportunities for financial products and information systems. The product development specialist will work with individuals from across the company to identify and define target market segments, market requirements, key business strategies and the competitive environment for the bank's niche portfolio. 

Portfolio Manager

The portfolio manager is responsible for overall asset management and reporting for a portfolio of loans to support the development of housing, community facilities, small businesses, faith based institutions and others. The portfolio manager also supports underwriting and business development by strengthening relationships with clients.

Business Services Officer

The business services officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining a Padgett Business Services franchise, providing clients with business tax and advisory services. This role maintains a commercial client base, assesses clients' business needs and establishes accounts. 

CDBA member Albina Community Bank seeks a chief lending officer to lead the bank's lending activities and to supervise a team of commercial and small business relationship managers. The CLO is responsible for ensuring that loan, deposit, fee income and loan pricing goals are achieved or exceeded. The CLO is also responsible for new business development and manages a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing client relationships. The CLO is a member of senior management and participates in the development of all business initiatives with the staff, community and clients.

CDFI loan fund Indian Land Capital Company seeks a CEO to accelerate the organization’s growth and facilitate its mission of increasing Indian land ownership. The CEO is responsible for all aspects of the enterprise’s operations, providing leadership and oversight to staff and consultants. The CEO is responsible for raising lending capital, maintaining investor relations and recruiting borrowers.

Commercial Underwriter

The commercial underwriter is the primary credit risk manager for commercial and institutional customers and transactions. This position works with businesses and product partners to analyze, structure, rate, document and approve credit exposures resulting from loans and other commercial banking products. The underwriter is also responsible for monitoring and managing an assigned portfolio. The underwriter plays an active role in building client relationships.

 

Loan Analyst

The loan analyst is responsible for the foreclosure and loan closing functions for an assigned portfolio of special assets accounts. This position is responsible for all processes affecting their accounts as well as working with operations areas, outside vendors and counsel to ensure special assets files are properly acted upon in a cost effective and timely manner. The loan analyst also assists asset managers with due diligence and loan servicing support.

CDBA member City First Bank of D.C. seeks a senior loan administrator in charge of the pre- and post-documentation process for approved commercial loans. This role collects and reviews various documents required to close new or renewed loans. The loan administrator must collaborate with loan operation personnel when processing various loan transactions such as payments, advances, disbursements and the collection of payment of fees.
