The business services officer acquires new customers, managing relationships, provides business services and expands business relationships under general supervision of the Director of Business Intelligence.

Branch Manager

The branch manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operations of a full service branch office including lending, product sales and customer service. This position is responsible for meeting operational objectives and ensuring the branch achieves annual goals and cross-sell ratio. The branch manager’s leadership duties include employee development, coaching and performance management. Candidates for this position should be proficient in English and Spanish.
