The commercial underwriter is the primary credit risk manager for commercial and institutional customers and transactions. This position works with businesses and product partners to analyze, structure, rate, document and approve credit exposures resulting from loans and other commercial banking products. The underwriter is also responsible for monitoring and managing an assigned portfolio. The underwriter plays an active role in building client relationships.
Loan Analyst

The loan analyst is responsible for the foreclosure and loan closing functions for an assigned portfolio of special assets accounts. This position is responsible for all processes affecting their accounts as well as working with operations areas, outside vendors and counsel to ensure special assets files are properly acted upon in a cost effective and timely manner. The loan analyst also assists asset managers with due diligence and loan servicing support.

Loan Quality Control and Mortgage Compliance Manager
The loan quality control and mortgage compliance manager enhances the quality of residential mortgage originations and servicing operations. This position schedules and oversees pre-funding, post-funding and mortgage compliance reviews, then prepares reports detailing findings. This role also continually assesses production operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.
Business Analyst
The business analyst ensures each business unit receives the required information and technology assistance. This position assists with system maintenance of the bank's automated loan origination and secondary marketing system. The business analyst should understand the abilities, features and capabilities of banking applications that impact the assigned business unit and work with the information systems department on IT solutions.
Loan Risk Reviewer
The loan risk reviewer assists the chief credit officer and the risk management head with monitoring and managing credit risk within the Bank’s lending activities. This individual also provides a review and assessment of loans in the portfolio, identifying potential problems and ensuring compliance with established loan policies and federal regulations.
